Everything to wife Molley Durrett as long as she is a widow, or at her decease the land to be divided equally among my three sons: Francis, Wiat and Tandy. The rest of my estate divided among my children: Leah Harris, Caty Durrett, Roday Durrett, Francis Durrett, Polly Durrett, Wiat Durrett, Tandy Durrett, Elizabeth Durrett, and Molley Durrett. To Gabriel Richards, the deed to the 50 acres I sold him 13 years ago last May.
