Mrs. Ina West, 96 years old, at 500 North 10th Street, Van Buren, Arkansas died Sunday, August 15, 1976 in a local nursing home.
A native of Crawford county, she was born February 3, 1880 to George and Sarah Frances Sagely Adamson and was the widow of John W. West. She was a member of Antioch Baptist church.
Survivors are four daughters, Mrs. Nell Schaible of Van Buren,, Mrs. Grace Fisher and Mrs. Ruth Moore both of Houston and Mrs. Frances Harrell of South Gate, California; a son John West of Van Buren; 24 grandchildren , 20 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Fentress Mortuary chapel. Fred Brashears officiated. Burial was in Gracelawn cemetery.
