Thomas Lambert

Thomas was a Union private in the Civil War. Served in Company I, 42nd Missouri Infantry which formed in Macon Co MO during Sept 1864. They moved to Paducah KY in Nov of 1864 and went on to Clarkesville & Fort Donaldson, TN that December. The regiment mustered out 22 Mar 1865. They had lost 135 enlisted men, six killed, 129 from disease.
