I am enjoying reading your wonderful website about the Haden family.
I am a descendant of Nancy Jane Haden and William Porter of Logan/Butler Co. Ky through their son Martin Van Buren Porter and his wife Angeline Taylor. Their daughter Ada Angeline Porter was my great grandmother. She married David Lee Barnes and their son David Porter Barnes and his wife Pansy Liles Barnes were my grandparents.Martin Van Buren and Angeline Taylor I think moved at some point moved to Ohio Co. Ky , next county over from Butler, and this is where my grandfather and mother were raised: Beaver Dam Ky.
