FindAGrave has Rhoda as Rhoda "Walters" - not possible since she was too young and the wife of William JUNIOR. However, the link to wife on the page is to Rhoda Payne.
One researcher has stated Rhoda remarried to Charles Payne, but I believe that is a misreading of the estate settlement of William. July 1823 there was a receipt from Charles Payne for wife Rhoda, formerly Cawthon, a dtr (daughter, not the widow)/
