Jarvis' will dated 2 Jun 1739 and proved 17 Jun 1739, named a son Samuel who was to have Gilbert's Addition and Gilbert's Outlet, son Garves [Jarvis] to have Bow's lot and residue of Gilbert's outlet. Children Charles, Quila, Benjamin, Daniel, Hannah, Martha, & Mary. Wife Mary to be co-extrix with son Michael. Bond posted 7 Nov 1739 with John Durbin & Samuel Prichard [who would be Aquila's guardian]
