This man was NOT Benjamin Bartlett Fox, b. 23 Feb 1840 - d. 28 Oct 1934 who was a son of Barlett Anderson Fox and Miram Pane Basham. He also served in the Civil War and applied for a disability pension in 1899l
He was also NOT the Benjamin Barlett Fox, Senator, b. 1838, died 1919, whiwas a son of John Kendrick Fox and Margaret Jane Carter.

There seem to be no further records of this third Benjamin after the 1850 and 1860 censuses with his family.
