Thomas Haydon
(Abt 1640 - 1717)
Thomas Haydon's will was probated in Northumberland Co VA, 21 Mar 1716/7. It was presented in the Northumberland Court by Anne Haydon, relict, 17 Apr 1717 and proven by oaths of Mutton Lewis and David Denny. He did not name an executor. Anne requested administration and that was granted. Inventory was exhibited 15 May 1717. Anne requested commissioners to lay off 5.7.11 £ to the four youngest children of Edmond Denny, deceased - Edmond, William Margurett, and Dorcas, out of the estate of Thomas Haydon. 23 £ was allotted Ann - presumably the widow's portion of the combined estates of her first husband, Edmond Denny, and Thomas Haydon.
