6 Jun 1797. Stokes Co. Dispute over old road from Richmond to the Yellow Bank Ford on the Yadkin and the road leading to Thomas Poindexter's ferry. Court ordered a jury to view and make report - included on the jury were Walter Franklin, and Malekiah Franklin.
