Date of birth given as 1 Feb 1879 (doesn't agree with Bible record) in Pittsylvania Co. He was married and a farmer. Father - Creede Tanner Thomas, born Pittsylvania Co; mother - Mary E. Gravely born Henry Co VA. Permelia Myrtle Thomas of Ringgold was the informant (his wife). Buried on Oct 16th near Mt Hill.
