... This lady is Lucy Adaline Plank, dau. of John W. and Mary (Stutzman) Plank. She was married first to John Smith Haden, thus the informant was her son Charles by that marriage. She later m. William L. Johnson. Both John and William are buried in Hazelwood Cemetery.
