Died at Glennburnie Plantaion; buried Oakley Plantation. Granduated from the U of NC in 1836 at age 18. Married Elizabeth Ann Walker 16 Mar 1842 in Caswell Co NC - John K. Graves & Charles R. Dodson were witnesses. Eliza died 29 Sep 1851 and buried on the Oakley Plantation. Thomas married (2) Sarah Barnard.
Thomas' Will is in Will Book A, p.287, Caswell Co NC. He left all of his estate to Dr. J. Rice of Charlotte Co VA and to Samuel Watkins [brothers-in-law] & Dr. William L. Stamps [brother] of Caswell Co NC, but they are to pay his wife Sarah $1000 annually. Dated 11 Jan 1855. Apparently had no children.
