p.251 5 Oct 1832 I Sinai Slaughter of Town of Woodville county of Wilkinson, State of Mississippii authorize and direct Thomas S. Slaughter of Russellville, Ky to convey to my sister Lucy Young all right & title to property in TN and KY which was held in trust by Thos. Slaughter for me by notice of a marriage contract signed by sd Thos Slaughter, Richd B. Slaughter and myself as Sinai Bagwell and recorded in Logan Co Court. Consists of house and lot in Russellivlle which I purchased from David Caldwell & tract of land in Robinson Co TN and an interest in lands in Davidson Co TN and five slaves named Washington, Nelson, Simon, Diley, & Charlotte. I discharge said Thos. S. Slaughter when said conveyance shall be made of all responsibility to me.

p.252 5 Oct 1832 Lucy Young of Town of Woodville, Co of Wilkinson, MS appoint Mary Young my agent and attorney to accept/ sell and property in Logan Co which may belong to me, especially to receive a conveyance from Thos. S. Slaughter & Rchd. B. Slaughter - the lands & property in KY & Tn which was in trust for Sinai Bagwell by virtue of a marriage contract signed by said Thos., Richd & Sinai Bagwell.

p.254 25 Oct 1832 Thomas S. Slaughter & Richard B. Slaughter to Lucy Young of Wilkinson Co MS. By authority of PofA from Sinai Slaughter. ...marriage contract signed Aug 1823 or 1825. 330 acres in Davidson Co TN about 5 miles from Nashville. 350 acres in Robertson Co TN. House & lot in Russellville purchased by Sinai Bagwell of David Caldwell. Also an interest in a tract in the neighborhood of Nashville which descended to said Sinai as heir of Daniel Young her father it being the land allotted to the wife of said Daniel.
