East corner of the lot on which John Postlewait's Esq Tavern now occupied by himself stand on Main and Mulberry St. Another lot , a farther part of said lot #16 and adjoining the one above. Mulberry St on NW by William Reeds lot on SW by lot formerly owned by James Hughes. Last mention purchased by Walker Baylor of John McKissey, conveyed by the Trustees of the sd town to Baylor by deed 5 Mar 1804. Conveyed by Jesse Bledsoe to Benjamin Temple by deed 17 Jul 1810.
