The last Will and Testament of Hannah Williams of Jefferson County State of Tennessee.
First-It is my will that all my just debts (if there be) should be paid.
Secondly-I do give and bequeath unto my three daughters namely, Sarah Summers, Rebeccah Witsman and Eleanor Burnet and my grandson Elwood Williams all my money & property of every kind & nature whatever to be equally divided between them, to them, their heirs & assigns forever. And lastly I make and ordain Wm Frazer and Wm Morgan-John Hatter Executors to this my last will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 10th day of the Twelth Month 1827-
Signed sealed & Pronounced by the said Hannah Williams to be her last will & testament.
