Possibly married more than once, Mary Jones was the last wife by whom he had children. He is listed in the 1790 tax list in Caswell Co. NC. After his death Mary married his 1st cousin Col. John Williams Daniel of Warren Co. He named three sons, John, Ralph, & William in his will but probably also had Jonathan and Frances.
