Individual Details
John ADAMSON
(15 Apr 1726 - 10 May 1810)
http://www.quakersurnames.net/adamson.html
First wife's name unknown. Other children may have been Jane Adamson who married John Lukens, 14 Nov 1797, Gwynedd Monthly Meeting, and Sidney Adamson, who died 15 May 1808, Montgomery Co PA
FindAGrave lists children as:
Sydney, b. about 1760
Jane, b. about 1760
Robert (1761-1819)
Ann (1769-1808
Amos (1779)
Birth years are obviously guesses - an Amos born 10 years after the others highly improbable. Sydney, Jane, Robert - too close together.
Amos said to have married a Rebecca Lowery but there is NO confirmation - two sons, John, (1812-1852) - buried Fair Hill Burial Ground, Philadelphia, and Joseph (1826-1888) - buried same place, married Hannah Champion (1833-1891) about 1850.
