Anthony Read served in the KY Legislature and was sheriff of Todd Co KY. They moved to Cooper Co MO in 1826. He was a Cooper Co judge from 1 May 1831 to 8 Sep 1834. Anthony and Nellie are both buried at Pleasant Green, Cooper Co MO. They had seven children.
