Mrs. O. N. Allen, residence Ross Hotel, Chattanooga, died at Erlanger Hospital, Chattanooga, 7 Nov 1933 of uremia and heart failure. She was 44, married to O. N. Allen, Born in Georgia. Her father was W. S. Tyson; her mother Mary Shine, both born in Georgia. Mr. O. N. Allen, was the informant. Body was taken to Cordell, GA for burial.

Sarah Vivian Tyson is buried Sunnyside Cemetery, Cordele, Crisp Co, GA. Orren is apparently not in that cemetery. She was born 17 Sep 1889. They were married 27 Aug 1908, Bibb Co, GA.
