Acknowledged by HADDEN 24 Jun 1825.

The 1850 census shows John Barner with Mary Morton, age 50. Three older girls were in the family: Fredonia, 22, Mary S., 20, and Martha, 18. I found an earlier marriage in Logan Co for John - to Elizabeth Patton - so these are apparently their daughters since he did not marry Mary Morton until 1835. Apparently John and Mary had only the one daughter Georgie, who died at the young age of 25.

In 1860, John and Mary were in Logan Co. Georgie Ann, age 22, was living at home with them.

By the 1870 census, Mary was alone. Age 69.
