Individual Details
Juliza E. Bush
(1806 - 11 Jan 1893)
Juliza said to be the daughter of William Bush, founder of Bushville and one of the earliest pioneers of Genesee Co NY. Her name also given as Suliza. The 1850 census plainly gives her name as ELIZA. Her age was 40, but I think this was perhaps the estimate of the Inn keeper where she was enumerated.
The marriage record as recorded in 10,000 Vital Records of Western New York, 1809-1850, by Fred Q. Bowman, states Orasmus Turner, Esq. of Lockport married Julia Bush in Batavia, 21 Feb 1834.
