Rena Morton
Rena Zora Morton, 103, of Van Buren died Thursday, Dec. 18, 2003, in a local nursing home. She was a member of United Pentecostal Church in Van Buren and a homemaker. She was the widow of Lester Morton. Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hall Cemetery Arbor near Natural Dam under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren. She is survived by five daughters, Juanita Remelsberger of Van Buren, Marie Lockhart of Rockford, Ill., Elsie Workman of Cedarville, Jewel Gillette of Lincoln and Nova Morton of Cedarville; a son, Gary Morton of Cedarville; 20 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and 32 great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Dave Tomlison, Steve Workman, Harley Bilyeu, Charles King, Charles Morton and Don Lockhart.
