Will dated 3 Apr 1817. Wilkinson Co, GA. He mentions his wife but does not name her - they had drawn up a contract at their marriage. The whole of his property to be left together until her death, then to be divide. Son Richard's three daughters, Jean, Mary and Judy to receive $100 each. Daughter Rose, a young mar and $10. Daughter Elizabeth, a horse and $10. Daughter Anne, $10. Sons Charles and Benjamin, each $10.
The remainder of his children: Judith, Mary, Behethland, and Lucy, land and slaves.
Executors to be friends Gen. John Scott, John Jones and Elijah Lingo.
