In the 1850 Johnson Co Census Pheby Wishard is shown as living with David Brewer and his wife Clarinda. Pheby is 33 years of age, born in KY, has real estate valued at $400. [I can't place the Brewers; no Wishard named Clarinda that I can find.]
In 1860, Phebe was living with Dr. William H. Wishard - a first cousin.
