Davis, administrator's of the estate, for the sum of $4800.00. Proceeds to be applied according to law. Rec. 9 Aug 1844.

Jan Term 1844. Henry Davis and wife, Mary T., sued the heirs of Thomas A. Gardner for division of his estate. Mary T. was formerly Mary T. Gardner.
