Information from a descendant with a delayed birth certificate for Troy Alton Wood, states that he was born 4 March 1887 rather than 1886. He is said to have married Esther Craitis - perhaps she was Banon instead, see the 1920 census. He died 7 Aug 1963 in ElDorado, Kansas, and is buried Blankenship Cemetery, Rasolia, Kansas.

I have not found his marriage records - there is a Crawford Co Marriage, 25 Jun 1910 to a Pearl Wilson - that would be about the time he married Esther, since there is a daughter Florence, age 8, unless Pearl died and the children aren't Esther's (see 1920 Census)

Troy Alton Wood's address was Box 215-B, Colfax, Placer, California. He was 56, born 4 Mar 1886 in Van Buren County, Arkansas. Mrs. Zadel Wood of the same address would always know his addres. He was a Contractor for C-M-O'Connor in Vallejo CA. He was 5' 7 3/4" tall and weighed 145 pounds - had gray eyes and hair.

There is a California Death Index death for Zadel N. Snead, b. 6 Apr 1901, died 6 Jan 1992 in Placer Co, CA. Her father's surname was Schmederman, her mother's Taylor. I suspect this is Zadel, wife of Troy. She is buried in San Bernardino.
