I believe this is George:
1920 Census. Van Buren City, Crawford Co, AR. G. M. Comstock was enumerator [my grandfather's cousin]
Household 447: Wal. Vinsant, age 45, b. AR as were his parents, he was a Constable. Wife Gertrude, age 36, b. AR as were her parents. Hazel, daughter, age 7.

I believe this is Hazel's grave in Fairview Cemetery. It is quite near my great-grandparents graves and has often been assumed to be their daughter since there is no surname on the stone. However, my great-grandmother was many years past child-bearing when Hazel was born.

The stone read:
"Our baby Hazel
born 11-27-1913
died 12-6-1930

The Vinsant's daughter Hazel is the only Hazel of that age in Crawford County in 1920.

In 1930, Wallace was age 56, married as age 37. He was then listed as a Merchant. Gertrude was 51; she was 33 at their marriage. They had a couple boarding with them, but no young Hazel.

The graves of G. Wallace Vinsant, 1873-1948, and Gertrude Bowlin Vinsant, 1878-1968, are not far away from Hazel's grave.
