Shelby Co IN 1850 Census shows all 11 children.
Marriage Volume 4-6; Jan 1839-Jun 1856 shows several marriages involving either F. Randolphs or Randolphs. There are two ministers that perform marriages - Jary F. Randolph and Samuel F. Randolph. I would assume these are family members of Daniel.

8 Jun 1857.
James Claton, Administrator of the Estate of Daniel F Randolph filed petition stating that the indebtedness was between $400-500 over the assets of the estate. The deceased died possessed of 25 acres in Polk Co. He requests permission to sell. Notice to be given to all interested parties. Set over for the July Court.
6 Jul 1857. Petition to sell real estate belonging to the deceased (25 acres) from James Claton, Administrator. He was ordered to have the tract appraised by three uninterested persons and make report in 30 days.
4 Aug 1857. The tract in question not yet appraised. Matter is continued.
7 Sept 1857. No appraisement maent. Final hearing set for Nov Term 1847. William James, William Davison & John F. Winterow appointed to appraise said lands.
2 Nov 1857. James Claton filed report. Land appraised at $760. Ordered to proceed with sale.
9 Feb 1861 James Claton again filed to sell real estate to pay claims yet due from the Estate and asks appointment of persons to set off dower of widow of the deceased in said lands. To be considered and determined in Court on the 2nd day of April 1861.
2 Apr 1861. Proper notice has been given by this cause continued until 3 Jul 1861. Administrator is ordered to proceed to seel the real estate in Polk co, Iowa.
6 Jul 1861 James Claton presented proof of notice of pending sale. Court again ordered the property appraised. Continued to the next court.
15 Jul 1861 Report of sale. Requests approval for conveyance to William Hill.
