Deed to Robert Jones Jr. of Northampton on 26 Jun 1760. Four tracts of land on Quanky Creek; 150 acres patented to John Pratt, conveyed to Daniel Crawley (Crowly), to John McKinnie father of said Barnaby; 617 acres patented to Immanuel Rogers left to dau Elizabeth & Mary and their husbands John Hubbard and Montford Eelbeck; 300 acres patented to Thomas Bryant and conveyed to John McKinnie; 30 acres, part of 296 acres patented to Barnaby McKinnie 15 May 1730, conveyed to John McKinnie & descended to sd Barnaby from his father John McKinnie.
Barnaby Pope, husband of Barnaby's stepsister, was Guardian; estate was sald for distribution. Sep 1858 Edgecombe Co Court Minutes.

In 1760, Barnaby was referred to in a deed as "Barnaby McKinne, the Younger". He sold a tract inherited from his father.

NOTE: There are two Barnaby McKinnie Jrs in the records. One is the son of Col. Barnaby whose will was dated 13 Oct 1736. This Barnaby Jr is a grandson of Col. Barnaby McKinnie and son of John.

Will proved June Court 1761. Dated 15 Mar 1761. To wife Ann, wife's son Issac Ricks, wife's daughter Mary Ricks, sister Patience McKinnie, sister Martha McKinnie. [Doesn't mention sister Mary - perhaps she is already married.] Colt bought from Robert McKinnie to Isaac Ricks. Witnesses: James Holderness, Robt Ricks, Benj Pope. Executors: Wife Ann and Robert Ricks. [Barnaby Jr. apparently had no issue.]
Not named as a heir of father John McKinnie in deed dated 1 Aug 1767.

Barnaby Jr.'s Will mentions Isaac and Mary Ricks, son and daughter of Ann McKinnie.
