Funeral Held Sunday for Sarah L. Willis
Mrs. Sarah Louisa Willis, 80 died at 12:15 pm o'clock Friday afternoon after a short illness. Funeral services were held at 1:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon in the Klinger Chapel in springfield, followed by burial in East Lawn Cemetery.
Survivors are her husband, J. W. Willis; three sons, Newton of Marshfield, Roy of Springfield, and Will of Willard; six daughters, Mrs. E. A. Hamilton, Mrs. May Gilmore and Mrs. C. A. Barnett, of Springfield, Mrs. L. O. Miller and Mrs. H. A. Kelley of Tulsa, and Mrs. Roy Miller of Willard; one brother, Tom Crocker of Cherokee, OK; 42 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were six grandsons: Gilbert Hamilton, Georgen Barnett and Ed Gilmore of Springfield, L. O. Miller, Jr. of Tulsa, Richard Willis of Marshfield, and Ralph Miller of Willard.
