Will of McKinney Irion, Jr.
Item 1. All my just debts to be paid
Item 2. To my sister, E. C. Irion, $500. To my sisters Cornelia A. P. Irion & Eliza L. Irion, each the sum of $100. to be paid as soon after my death as convenient.
Item 3. The rest & remainder, real & personal to my beloved wife Harriet E. Irion and my daughter Bessis P. Irion - 3/5 to my wife and 2/5 to my daughter.
Item 4. My executrix Harriet E. Irion to have full power to sell my lands, my law office in Columbus and my law library
Item 5. My wife Harriet E. Irion my Executrix and guardian for my daughter Bessie P. Irion.
Item 6. The court to be indulget and kin, and not rigid in settlement with my Executrix.
Item 7. My executrix to be exempt from giving Security in her Bonds either as Executrix or guardian.
Item 8. My wife is to claim nothing from my Estate as her separate property except for her servant girl Lizzie.

1 Dec 1862 Henry B. Whitfield swore to execution of Will. Amzi E. Love, also testifiect to the handwriting of McKinney Irion Jr., as he had practiced law in partnership with him for several years. Harriet E. Irion also swore to the handwring. 4 Dec 1862. Admitted to Probate.
