Bruce Denney, renting on N. Highland Ave. He was 52, b. Arkansas - they had been living in a rural area in 1935. He was a salesman in a department store.
Eva, his wife, gave the data to the enumerator. She was 50, born in Kansas. She was a music teacher - private classes.

Bruce B., son, was 17, a dancing teacher.

Bruce Jasper Lawrence Denney, 99, of Fayettievle died April 2, 1987 at a Springdale nursing home. He was born May 28, 1887, in Huntsville, the son of Allison and Emma Frost Denney. He was a retired owner and operator of Denney's Hardware Store in Lincoln and former manager of Washington County Hardware Store. He was former mayor of Lincoln, past president of the Lincoln School Board, past seperintendent of Sunday School Classes at the First Presbyterian Church and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Fayetteville. He was the widower of Eva Batten Denney, who died Feb 13, 1980.
Survivors include one son, Bruce B. Denney of Fayetteville; two daughters, LaVonne Comstock of Springdale and Eva Jo Browne of Dallas; one sister, Amy Hawkins of Westville, Okla., two brothers, Weimer Denney of Miami and Woodrow Denney of Cheyenne, Wyo.; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services were Saturday April 4, at Moore's Chapel of Fatteyville with the Rev. David Matthew officiating. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery.
