W. F. (Cotton) Eagleton
Funeral services for Winslow Frank (Cotton) Eagleton of Bonham were held at 4PM Saturday at the Wise Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Arledge Ridge Cemetery. Grandsons served as pallbearers.
James Wilbanks of the Southside Church of Christ conducted the services.
Eagleton was born, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George W. Eagleton, November 9, 1898, in Ladonia.
He was a mechanic in the Bonham and Ladonia areas and was a member of the Southside Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife, Bertha, of Bonham; two sons, Walter Eagleton of Bonham and Robert Don Eagleton of Claremont, Calif.; one sister, Elvie Skipper of Huntsville Ala.; 10 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and one niece.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Winfred Stone.
