Logan County Court, Tues, Nov 16 1819. Mitchell Ewing aged 17 years 29 next May bound out to John Frazier to learn the brick masons trade. Frazier had been chosen by Michell as guardian.
Logan Co DB S, p.244. 6 Jan 1834 Mitchell & Thomas F. Ewing, heirs of Washington Ewing dec'd sold their 2/3 share of a tract patented to their father to Robert E. Acock. 200 acres on Muddy River near Russellville. Signed: Thomas F. Ewing, Mitchell M. Ewing. Wit: G. A. William, A. F. Watson. Proved by witnesses 3 Feb 1834. [Since they are selling 2/3, it would appear that either their mother had died, or their sister Peggy.]
