Jouett's land that was laid off as his mother's Dower and is the same whereon she lately removed from....North East Creek where Maj. Venable's Road crosses the same, down sd. creek to its mouth in the South river, down sd. Creek to the dividing line between sd. Jouett and his Brother, thence along the line to the road. John Moor and his heirs and assigns shall and will arrrent and defend the right of Sarah Jouett, who holds the sd. land and premises for and during her natural life as part of her dower in the lands of Matthew Jouett, her late husband.
