Mrs. Evelyn Longfellow, 55, of Siloam Springs, AR, mother of a Tulsa woman, died Friday night in a Tulsa hospital following an illness of about 10 days.
Mrs. Longfellow was the wife of retired postal clerk, Marion T. Longfellow.
She was a member of the First Christian Church of Siloam springs.
Survivors besides the husband are a daughter, Mrs. Tom A. Andrews, 2661 S. Toledo Ave., and two sons, Conrad Longfellow, Alexandria, LA, and Tommy Longfellow, Little Rock, Ark.

He must have married again after the death of Elwanda.
Tom was the son of Marion Thomas and Evalyn M Kibbe Longfellow. Tom was married to Frances Aileen Harrison Millsap in Siloam Springs, Benton County, Arkansas. He is survived by his wife, Aileen, two sons; Mark and wife Brenda, and Matthew, one brother; Conrad and wife Leta, one sister; Dorothy L. Andrews and husband Tom, five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and hundreds of friends. Tom was the first weatherman for KARK in Little Rock starting in 1954 and was there for years also working as a salesman for KARK. He also worked for KHOZ in Harrison, Arkansas. Tom won the Arkansas Advertising Federation's Lifetime Achievement Award in 2005.

Veteran radio personality Tom Longfellow was called home to the Lord on Nov. 25, 2013. He was born Aug. 23, 1924.
He is survived by his wife Aileen; two sons, Mark and wife, Brenda, and Matthew; one brother, Conrad and wife Leta; one sister, Dorothy L. Andrews and husband Tom; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and hundreds of friends.
A celebration of life for Tom will be held at First Christian Church, 1806 Central Ave., on Saturday, Dec. 7 at 2 p.m.
The family requests only your attendance and prayers for this celebration.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Gideons International, Habitat for Humanity, and First Christian Church in Hot Springs.
