First, all debts to be paid
Item 2nd. To son Phillip, $50
To daughter Elizabeth Ferguson, Negro girl Maria with her future increase and at her decease to her two children, Sampson Noland Ferguson and James Washington Ferguson.
Item 4th To son ?Pierce Noland, $50
Item 5th To daughter Mary Hues [Hughes?], Negro girl by name of Seal
Item 6th to sons Thomas & William, all the balance of my property to be divided any way they think meet or proper. Vis: Eight Negroes, Norman, Perry, Adam, Creasie, Flora, Harriet, Mary and Roger and all my household goods and livestock
Item 7th Executors to be my son William Noland and my friend, Lewis Sanders
