Graveside Services For Eudell Phy, age 77, of Putnam County will be conducted on August 10, 2014 at 2:00pm at the Shipley Cemetery in Putnam County, TN. Bro. Ron Phillips will officiate at the service. The Family will receive friends on Saturday from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Whitson Funeral Home. The burial will follow in the Shipley Cemetery.
Eudell Phy was born on September 2, 1936 in Putnam County to the late Nathan Clyde and Beulah May Brewington Fox. She passed away on August 8, 2014 at her home in Putnam County, Tn.
She was a Homemaker and a member of 1st United Pentecostal Church in Cookeville since July 1958.
She is survived by; Husband: Ralph Phy; 3 Sons and daughter in-laws: David and Diane Phy, Timmy and Suzanne Phy and Tony and Amy Phy. Grandchildren: Timothy Phy, Tony Dale Phy II, Celeste Phy, Tyler Phy, Justin Phy and Daniel Phy.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by; 2 brothers: Nathan Richard Fox and Ernest C. Fox. 1 sister: Dimple Irene Fox
