Graveside funeral services for Shelby L. Orsbun, 81 of Dora, Arkansas will be at 10:00 AM on Monday, April 27, 2020 at Upper Camp Creek Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
He was born on March 21, 1939 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Leatha (Harris) Orsbun and Marshall Willard Orsbun and passed away on April 22, 2020 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was married to Doris Fay (Tapp) Orsbun on March 1, 1959 in Stilwell, Oklahoma. Mr. Orsbun was retired from Mead Container where he was a machine operator, a member of the Army National Guard and a member of Muldrow Assembly of God Church.
Survivors are:
wife: Doris Orsbun of the home;
1 daughter: Shelley Whitson of Olathe, KS;
2 sons: Scottie Orsbun and Dana of Fort Smith, AR and Terry Orsbun and Christine of Van Buren, AR;
5 grandchildren: Cody, Whitney, Elijah, Callie Grace and Jessica;
3 great grandchildren: Izzy, Asher and Aiden;
numerous other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his son: Ryan Orsbun, great grandson: Zachary, parents, sisters: Betty Orsbun and Imogene Howard and brothers: Eugene and Roy Orsbun.
Honorary Pallbearers will be his nephews.
Viewing will be 10 am – 4 pm Saturday and 2 – 6 pm Sunday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow.
