MOUNTAINBURG — Clarence Westley Burnett, 87, of Mountainburg died Monday, May 26, 2014, in his home. He was born May 8, 1927, in Chester. He was a retired carpenter and member of Chester Free Will Baptist Church.
Family held memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Chester Free Will Baptist Fellowship Hall. The body will be cremated under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Alma.
He is survived by three daughters, Kaye Woodward of Yuma, Ariz., Diane Teller of California and Connie Mitchell of Colorado; two sons, Kenny and Larry Burnett, both of Alma; a sister, Oneta Harrison of Fort Smith; a brother, Zane Burnett of California; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
