Mrs. Harriett Smallwood of 517 East 30th St, Tacoma, Pierce Co, died at the Pierce County Hospital on 24 Oct 1926. Listed as widowed, born 24 May 1862 in Missouri. She died of acute hyperthyroidism, post-operative. She had chronic ademoma of the thyroid gland. Parents. were Burrell Allen, b. VA, and Annie Adamson, b. IN. Mrs. W. R. Wise of the same address was the informant (probably her daughter). Buried Tacoma Cemetery on Oct 26th.
