In the 1900 Census, Henry W. Allen lived next to his brother Charles in White Twp. He was born Apr 1871, 29 years old, married for 7 years. The wife was listed as Laura] and she was born in Illinois in Jan of 1875. She had had 3 children, but only 1 was living - Mona A., daughter born Feb 1898, age 2.

By 1910, apparently Henry had died. There is a Laura in White Twp, p.171, but she is the wife of Charles Baker to whom she has been married only a year and this is her 2nd marriage. There are four stepchildren: Mona Allen age 12, Minnie Allen age 10, Lena Allen age 7, and Carl Allen age 5. These children born in AR, as was their father; their mother b. IL.

Henry is buried Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Polk Co AR.
