Theft Charge Is Dropped Against Walter Bagwell
Walter Bagwell, local man, was yesterday scheduled to go on trial at Doniphan charged with the theft of automobile tires and parts from the Service Construction Company, but the case was dismissed by Prosecuting Attorney Poynor.
The case had been pending here for some time and was sent to Ripley county on a change of venue from Butler County. Cope & Tedrick represented the defense.
