Robert E. Poor was already dec'd when some of his siblings filed suit in 1834 in Logan Co KY to get a settlement of the slaves included in their mother's dower.
There is a discrepancy in that the marriage records of Logan Co show Isabel Herndon to have married Robert Poor in one place, Walter in another - it must surely have been Robert.
