Warsaw, Richmond Co.,VA Will book 5 page 258 to wife Mary the use of all personal estate and negroes during widowhood. To Dominick Newgent & Margaret his wife 5 s paid in 10 mo after my decease in bar to any part of my estate whatsoever. To son Joseph property given to wife. after her marriage to be devided equelly between wife & six small children, Thomas,John,Mary, Susanna,Catherine, & Millicent Durham. To daughter Sarah & son Joseph, my negro Nan after wifes deceases. To son John after his mothers death,my dwelling plantation,reversion to son Thomas & my my four younger daughters. To Jeremiah Greenham use of plantation, he paying to wife 2400 lbs of tobacco yearly. Exc. Wife and Jeremiah Greenham dated 30 Nov 1734 Proved 5 Nov 1735 Wills of Richmond Co., VA 1699-
