Death
He was survived by a foster son, Floyd Jay Sowards, Jr. of Kenova; a special niece, Carole Carte of Hurricane and other nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Odessa Fletcher of Huntington.Burial
Funeral services were held at Chapman's Mortuary with the Rev. Okla Judd officiating.Retirement
