William "Raymond" Graham

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in the First Baptist Church, Sesser, for Raymond Graham, 76, Glenwood. The Rev. E. A. Somers will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Sesser. Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at Brayfield Funeral Home, Sesser.

Mr. Graham, formerly of Sesser, died Thursday in Glenwood. Born Feb. 18, 1896, he was the son of William and Mary Martin Graham. He was a retired coal miner and a veteran of World War I.

He was married to Verda Kirkpatrick for 53 years. Survivors are his wife; four daughters, Wanda Loepker and Ruth Ann Gaddy, both of Chicago Heights, Norma Walker of Hazelwood, Mo., and Betty Fuller of Glenwood; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and three sisters, Verna Lewis of Sesser, Ruby Huie of Phoenix, Ariz., and Lillian Ledbetter of Alton.
