A memorial service for Frances Marie Jewell will be at 11 a.m. Friday, June 18, at Lacey Baptist Chapel with the Rev. Robert Reese officiating. Selene Mortuary is in charge of arrangements. The family suggest memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 3434 Martin Way N.E., Olympia 98506. Mrs. Jewell, died Tuesday, June 15, at St. Peter Hospital at the age of 76. She was born Sept. 22, 1905, in Raymore, Mo. She lived in California for several years and came to Olympia in 1972. She moved six months ago to Olympics West in Tumwater. Surviving are five sons, David E. and Harold E., both of Olympia, Thomas C., Sherborn, Mass., William K., Indio, Calif., and Neil I., Sitka, Alaska; also 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
