Waco News Tribune, Waco, Texas, Saturday, May 26, 1962, Page 25, Col. 4: Miss Diane Leach, 19, of Austin, Texas, was killed in an automobile accident early Thursday. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Rosebud First Methodist Church. Rev. Leon Peacock of Lindale will officiate, assisted by Rev. Harvey Beckendorf of Rosebud. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery at Rosebud.
Survivors: Her father, Donald B. Leach of New Braunfels; her mother, Elinor Wimberly of Austin; two sisters, Linda Arthur of Austin, Sherran Leach of New Braunsfel; two brothers, Donald B. Leach Jr., Austin, and Ronald Leach of New Braunfels; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Elnora Aycock of Rosebud; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Bessie Leach of Mineola.
Pallbearers: Charles Carlisle, Wayne Garrett, Billy and Mike Pattilo, Martin Bowen and Fred Homesly. Honorary pallbearers: Victor Slovacek, Jimmy Cunningham, Jim Goad, Grady Wright, C. L. Kirksey, D.
