George Theodore Kirkpatrick

George Theodore Kirkpatrick was the 9th child of eleven for James Douglas Kirkpatrick and Emma Bowe. George lived in the British Columbia area for awhile while growing up, but eventually landed in Calgary, where he met and married Inez Wood. In 1933 they were married.
There were four (4) children born of the marriage. They raised their children in the rolling wild hills of (a then very small) Calgary. George and Inez's home on 33rd Street SW (that George built by hand), was kept in the family for many years after their passing. It had become a landmark in a big city that grew up around it, - a tiny little house all freshly painted, squished in between two large houses. But it's still there!
In 1972, George Kirkpatrick passed away. He was survived by all of his children and grandchildren, and his wife Inez.
